We are looking for an (incoming) Partner General Tax Practice who gets energy from growth, acquisition, and building sustainable relationships. Someone who not only advises, but connects, inspires, and creates opportunities.

As an (incoming) Tax Partner, you are one of the driving forces behind the further growth of our tax practice in one of the most vibrant and entrepreneurial regions of the Netherlands: Eindhoven, Brainport. You are a strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs and co-responsible for direction, quality, and commercial results.

You move effortlessly between technical expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurship. In doing so, you make an impact on clients, colleagues, and the organization as a whole.

• You provide strategic and commercial direction to the general tax practice in Eindhoven
• You act as a trusted advisor for SME entrepreneurs regarding complex tax issues
• You develop and realize market strategies and growth plans
• You align and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, and represent Newtone within and outside the international PKF network
• You build and maintain a strong client portfolio
• You manage based on results (budget, profitability, KPIs) and safeguard quality and compliance
• You connect disciplines within Newtone
• You identify external developments and translate these into policy levels and improvement initiatives within the organization
• You lead teams and stimulate development
• You actively contribute to the strategy, culture, and growth of Newtone
• You are visible in the regional network (Brainport region)
