You are the linchpin in the design, calculation, and dimensioning of concrete, steel, and foundation structures. You review designs, devise alternatives, and perform risk analyses and quality controls. You work closely with clients and colleagues and provide advice in all phases of the project, from preparation to management and maintenance.

As a structural designer at Nepocon, you will work on smart, safe, and future-proof civil structures, from bridges and locks to foundations and flood defenses. You are responsible for the design, calculation, and dimensioning of concrete, steel, and foundation structures, applying the latest digital techniques.

You review designs and drawings, perform risk analyses, and think in terms of smart optimizations. Thanks to the diversity of projects, you will work on both compact assignments with fast turnaround times and large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

In addition to your technical role, you advise clients in all phases of a project—from concept to management and maintenance. You participate in project teams, organize technical meetings, and liaise with specialists and stakeholders to arrive at the best structural solutions. Your expertise truly makes the difference.
