What we're looking for
- A diploma at MBO level 4 in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering with secondary knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with secondary knowledge of Electrical Engineering.
- Ideally, you have several years of work experience, but even with a fresh MBO-4 diploma, you are very welcome to come and learn the trade here in an interesting working environment.
- You master the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
Nice to have
- Preferably additional vocational training such as VCA, NEN3140, Electrical Switching, or Industrial Automation.
- Being able to deliver high-quality work, experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus,
- You can solve problems well independently, but are also able to brainstorm with your colleagues.

The role
Job Description
Do you want to work on our machines and ensure they continue to run optimally? Do you enjoy troubleshooting and supporting operators, so that machines and production processes can be resumed as safely and efficiently as possible?
For our site in Boxmeer, we are looking for a Technician
What you'll do
- Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions on all production and peripheral equipment.
- Engaging external specialists when necessary.
- Performing or supervising maintenance activities, including inspections, calibrations, routine validations, and qualification processes. You will ensure correct and complete documentation and reporting in doing so.
- Making proposals for technical improvements and subsequently realizing them in collaboration with the Reliability Engineer. In this process, you also prepare the necessary documentation.
About the role
As a technician, you are responsible for keeping the machine park in good condition. By ensuring that installations and equipment function reliably and safely, you make an important contribution to a smooth production process within our organization. You are a specialist in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or control technology and know how to properly assess and monitor the technical condition of the equipment. In this role, you will work day shifts.

Our team consists of 7 technicians with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and expertise. Furthermore, the team consists of Production Planners and Maintenance Support Engineers. New colleagues are well guided and can count on the support and knowledge of the team. Together, we are responsible for the technical condition of the machine park of our IPT. We resolve acute malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and work on increasing the reliability of the machine park. We also support technical improvement projects. This varies from smaller optimizations to larger and more complex technical issues. We are a close-knit and collegial team that works closely with operators and operational coaches to ensure production runs optimally.
