• A gross monthly salary between €3,812 and €6,002, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.

As a corporate finance advisor at Moore MKW, you help SME entrepreneurs with their most important financial decisions. You guide mergers, acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, seek business financing, and perform detailed valuations. Enrich our enthusiastic and driven team with your personality and expertise and contribute to the success of our clients!

• You contribute to forecasting models and business and market analyses that we prepare for our clients to arrive at a valuation or sale transaction.

• In collaboration with (senior) colleagues, you prepare advice on financing structures, valuations, buy-ins/buy-outs, mergers, and acquisitions.

• You consult with various stakeholders: you keep the client informed of the progress of the process, but also consult with the tax authorities, lawyers, notaries, banks, or with the internal specialists of Moore MKW.

• You ensure that everything is recorded correctly (digitally) and that everything complies with the applicable guidelines, quality requirements, laws, and regulations.

• Your base is Zwolle or Enschede, but you are also regularly found at other locations. You will work together in a close-knit, self-managing team and will deal with enthusiastic, entrepreneurial colleagues who work professionally.

• You are empathetic and customer-oriented and establish contact with others quickly and effectively.

• You make a positive impression and can explain and convey your financial knowledge and insights in a clear manner.
