As a Tax Consultant within the Corporate Tax team, you help clients navigate the complex landscape of national and international tax laws and regulations. In doing so, we strive to optimize the tax position regarding corporate income tax. The dynamics are determined by matters such as a reorganization or the expansion of the branch network, for example, abroad. Also, changes in laws and regulations or the application of a facility, such as the innovation box, are part of the advisory. In other words, as a Corporate Tax tax specialist, you will have a challenging role in which you proactively advise our larger clients.
Thoroughly inventorying the wishes and needs of the client and translating this into possible solutions that align with them. Listening well and striving for sincere customer satisfaction are essential here.
Supporting more experienced colleagues in preparing advice and/or tax returns. For example, preparing client presentations, proposals, and the preparation and checking of reports, documents, and other information required for tax advice and compliance.
Regularly evaluating the state of affairs against the intended goal and signaling any problems that arise to your project supervisor.
You are able to work out assignments independently, possibly in collaboration with junior colleagues. In doing so, you take responsibility for your part regarding delivery within the set deadlines and quality standards.
Contributing to the improvement of internal procedures and signaling opportunities for innovation. Your input helps us to always stay one step ahead.
Ensuring careful and structured file management and sharing your expertise within the team.

A completed Master's degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law
You are following the NOB study or are willing to start following it
3-6 years of experience in a tax role, preferably relevant to Corporate Tax
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations and the ability to translate this knowledge into advice for clients
You have an eye for quality and detail, without losing sight of the big picture
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and can help others to grow, both clients and colleagues
