The role

Fietsvoordeelshop.nl is growing fast. That is why we are looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic for our store in Zoeterwoude who can work independently in our workshop. Someone who is technically strong, likes to take responsibility, and helps colleagues with knowledge and experience where necessary.

What you'll do

As a Bicycle Mechanic, you ensure that our customers leave the store safe and satisfied. You will be busy daily with the maintenance, repair, and preparation for use of bicycles. Your duties include:

What will you do?

Performing maintenance and repairs on all types of bicycles, from e-bikes to city and children's bikes
Providing customers with explanations regarding the work performed
Preparing new bicycles for use and equipping them with accessories
Thinking along about the planning and daily activities in the workshop
Supporting colleagues with your technical knowledge and experience
Thinking along about improvements in the workshop and discussing these with the Branch Manager
You will receive a lot of freedom in your role and have a direct influence on the quality of our work and customer satisfaction.
