A completed training as an auto body technician, technical specialist in auto body repair, or automotive technician/technical specialist.
Nice to have
Preferably experience in damage repair.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Salary based on 38 hours, matching your experience
At 40 hours: choice between accruing ADV hours or having them paid out
Full-time = 104 ADV hours per year
25 vacation days + the possibility to purchase 2 additional weeks
8% holiday allowance, paid monthly
Pension via BPF Metaal & Techniek
Louwman pays 17.7%, you pay 10.28%
Travel allowance:
€ 0.23 per km (car)
€ 0.30 per km (bicycle)

The role
Do you enjoy working with modern technology and complex damages? At Louwman Autoschade in Oosterhout, we are looking for an auto body technician who looks beyond just the visible work.
What you'll do
As an auto body technician, you work on technically complex damages. You combine mechanical and electronic work and ensure that vehicles can once again safely return to the road.
What will you do?
Repairing damage to petrol, diesel, and electric cars
(Dis)assembling parts such as suspension, lighting, and body parts
Working on ADAS systems, cameras, and sensors
Reading vehicle data and performing diagnoses
Repairing or replacing technical and body parts
What do we ask of you?
We are looking for a professional who identifies with words such as meticulous, solution-oriented, and flexible. Additionally, you enjoy working in a team and you bring the following experience or diploma with you:
Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and vehicle systems.
Accuracy and an eye for quality.
