Senior Business Analyst

• Extensive experience in a similar role in an agile environment, where you are used to working with epics, user stories, and product backlogs.

• You have experience with IT modernization projects and enjoy thinking along about how to simplify a complex landscape step by step.

• You switch smoothly between operational and strategic levels and know how to convey complex messages clearly to both developers and management.

• You are used to working in multidisciplinary teams and know how to bring different expertise together in one direction.

• You are analytically strong, ask the right questions, and do not let yourself be distracted by the whims of the day.

• You speak Dutch well.

• Gross monthly salary between 5500.- and 6400.- per month based on 36 hours, excl. holiday allowance and other supplements.

• A variable salary that moves with the company results: a fixed year-end bonus of 4% and profit sharing up to 6%.

• 23 vacation days and a personal choice budget of 12%, of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% is freely deployable.

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer or a public transport allowance, and we offer an attractive bicycle scheme. For employees with a commuting distance of less than 10 km or more than 60 km, we have an adjusted scheme.

• You thoroughly comprehend business processes and user needs and translate those insights into epics and user stories that developers can work with.

• You work closely with the Business Owner, Key Users, and Information Analysts to shape new systems that align with where Lefebvre Sdu is headed.

• Together with your colleagues, you build a more modern and simplified IT landscape. Less complexity, more agility.

• You actively contribute to strategy and help develop a vision regarding the applications and systems within our landscape. Your opinion counts.

• You identify where processes get stuck, where systems no longer fit what the organization needs, and translate that into proposals that drive movement.

• You present your insights clearly at both operational and management levels and know how to speak the right language for every audience.
