You independently build an outbound pipeline within a clearly defined market/segment.
You research organizations and follow the latest trends and developments in the field of HR and organizational development.
You approach prospects proactively via telephone, email, events, LinkedIn, video, and other channels.
You conduct substantive conversations with HR, people, management, and business stakeholders.
You develop and test different messages and contact strategies.
You qualify opportunities based on problem, urgency, relevance, and next step.
You work closely with other BDRs, Consultants, Account Executives, RevOps, and Marketing specialists.
You carefully record your work in the CRM and share market insights with the team.
Build a new pipeline. Develop yourself. Grow further.
Are you proactive, a communication superstar, and good at creating new opportunities?
As a Business Development Representative at Effectory, you will personally open new doors with HR leaders, people leaders, and other key stakeholders. You will dive deep into various organizations, discover where opportunities lie, and create commercial opportunities.
To achieve this, you will receive a clear list of accounts and contacts that we want to engage with. Accompanying data and smart AI tools will assist you in your daily work. You bring curiosity, ownership, and the drive to score.
This is not a role where you only follow up on inbound leads. You enter the market proactively. You research, call, write, attend events, experiment, and also regularly hear "no." You learn and grow from that. With a mapped-out learning path, coaching, call reviews, and a very experienced sales team around you to learn from, we will steamroll you to be ready for the role of Account Executive within 2 years. This allows you to build a robust track record that gives you a flying start in your commercial career.
We look not only at your drive and perseverance, but especially at the quality of your work and your commercial impact. You create conversations with the right people, understand what is happening within organizations, and know how to convert an introductory conversation into an introductory meeting or demo.
We find a completed education less important than ownership, learning capacity, and commercial discipline.
