Data Administrator

As a Data Administrator, you are responsible for collecting, supplementing, processing, and checking our article data, both for completeness and quality. You will work in a team of 10 colleagues. Together, you will manage the article data of over 17,000 Kruidvat and Trekpleister products. This might seem simple, but it is very crucial. Other departments depend on this data. Without the correct article data, our products cannot be correctly displayed on the shelves and in our webshops. Furthermore, article data forms an essential part of all our reports. Think of: what ingredients are in the products and what the packaging size is.

What will you do in the role of Data Administrator at AS Watson?

• You collect, process, and enrich product and article data for thousands of products for Kruidvat and Trekpleister.
• You perform quality checks on article data and identify deviations or missing information.
• You maintain contact with suppliers regarding missing, changed, or additional product information and ensure that data is provided in a timely manner.
• You support the setting up and implementation of data-driven improvements within product data management.
• Together with colleagues from E-commerce, Category Management, and other teams, you work continuously on improving the quality and completeness of the product data file.
• You support administrative projects, system updates, and ad-hoc activities surrounding article and product data.
