What we're looking for

You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the broad domain of Identity & Access Management and preferably at large, complex organizations
You are trained in IAM platforms such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, Saviynt or Microsoft Entra ID, and you are able to position these platforms within a broader business context
You possess result-oriented, proactive and analytical qualities and have deployed these skills in IAM transformation projects
You have the ambition to help build the fast-growing IAM practice by responding to RfPs, and by executing complex implementation projects
Communication skills in word and writing
Team player, organized and customer-oriented
You have a completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (for example with a focus on IT Management, AI, Cybersecurity, Computer Science etc.)
Residing in the Netherlands and willingness to travel and work at various locations
Experience with Agile working is a plus
Experience with applying AI solutions is a plus

We are looking for Senior Management reinforcement to lead and guide large IAM transformations. We are looking for people with demonstrable experience in IAM implementations who, in a role as an architect or technical delivery lead, know exactly which IAM solution best aligns with the client's needs.

In addition, you will work together in multidisciplinary teams with expertise in the field of Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and authorization management.

We challenge you to continuously develop yourself, acquire new knowledge and apply it directly to our clients. You will become part of a close-knit and ambitious Cybersecurity team of more than 90 professionals, in which collaboration, growth and impact are central.

As a Senior Manager, you are part of the management of our IAM team. We are involved in advising our clients in the field of IAM in a broad sense, including implementation and configuration of solutions. In doing so, we focus particularly on Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Authorization Management. Topics such as Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) and Access Management (AM) may also certainly recur.

As a Senior Manager, you are a working leader, where your role can be;

You are responsible for the team that devises the solution for a client during a market inquiry (during an RfP or Tender). You actively participate in thinking and writing about this;
You are actively involved in large IAM transformations at our clients, in which you can fulfill a role as technical delivery lead or lead architect. It is important that you understand the technology and configuration of the IAM platforms and can steer the implementation team in the right direction;
You are a substantive point of contact for clients and colleagues to explain new developments in the IAM domain and apply them to our propositions. Visiting (international) congresses or following training is explicitly part of this;
You help organizations take their IAM management organization to a higher level by advising on governance, processes and technology, with an eye for the human factor and the use of AI. You ensure that solutions not only work for people, but also make smart use of AI to make IAM more efficient, scalable and future-proof.
You work closely with a team of specialists at various (experience) levels. Together, in fast, result-oriented trajectories, you realize larger, impactful implementations and the maximum result for the client.
