At Transaction Services (TS), we regularly make the front pages. From mergers of medium-sized enterprises to international mega-acquisitions: we advise on hundreds per year. At TS, we ensure that the client understands the most important aspects of a deal. In mergers, acquisitions, refinancings, or initial public offerings (IPOs), we perform the financial due diligence, where you financially audit the company through complex analyses of financial results, positions, and projections. In this way, you map out the opportunities and threats for the client in a deal, identify the underlying profit, and determine what the final equity value to be paid is. The outcomes of your analyses are the arguments at the negotiating table.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another financial or mathematical study
• Possesses relevant experience in the field of Transaction Services/financial due diligence
• You are analytically and numerically strong: you know how to find your way in Excel and analyze financial data within it
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work
• Above-average academic results combined with extracurricular activities
• Fluent in Dutch and English

• For this job, we are seeking candidates with a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, to meet the demands of our current clients.

• Gross salary between € 3,425 and € 4,215 depending on work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.
