JYSK is a fast-growing retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing and the distribution center is expected to be operational in early 2027.

But of course, that doesn't mean we are sitting idle until then! Currently, we are working hard from our temporary distribution center to realize a smooth transition to the new location.

As a Logistic Store Support Specialist, you are an important link between our distribution center, the stores, and various departments within JYSK. You ensure that the right goods arrive at the right place at the right time. Thanks to your organizational talent and accuracy, our stores can rely on a smooth and reliable logistics process.

No two days are the same! Your responsibilities include:

• Orders & planning: You check store campaigns, prepare orders, and monitor schedules and data. You also process and check BOM orders.
• Coordinating deliveries: You organize and monitor the delivery of goods to our stores and internal deliveries for own use.
• Following up on transport: You keep a close eye on the Transport Delivery Report (TDR) and signal any deviations.
• Administration & documents: You check transport invoices and ensure that the necessary documents for import and export are correct and complete.
• Contact with suppliers: When additional certificates or documents are required, you contact suppliers to get everything arranged in a timely manner.
• Quality & control: You monitor the movement of goods according to our procedures and carefully handle damage reports for incoming deliveries.

You work closely with our stores, colleagues within the distribution center, other distribution centers, and various departments at the head office. Together, you ensure that the logistics chain keeps running!

• Possession of a car or a bicycle from Lelystad because there are no bus stops nearby!

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys collaborating, and gets energy from a logistics environment that is continuously developing. Furthermore, we request:

• You have a completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in the direction of logistics, transport, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Ideally, you have experience in a logistics, administrative, or planning role.
• You have an affinity for transport, goods flows, and order processing.
• You are communicatively skilled and enjoy collaborating with different departments, stores, and suppliers.
• You are proactive, think in solutions, and dare to take initiative.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
