• A gross salary between €5,200 and €6,700 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of up to 7.5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.

• As a Private Label Buyer, you are responsible for sourcing, developing, selecting, managing, and monitoring contractual agreements with private label suppliers. Your goal is to achieve consistent quality with minimal risks, required availability, and sustainability, at an optimal price and purchasing terms. Additionally, you ensure that this aligns with external developments and the commercial objectives of your category.
• You independently ensure the drafting and execution of the purchasing policy based on the strategic procurement plan and the purchasing objectives for your categories.
• You build and maintain strong internal and external networks.
• You follow market developments and possess knowledge of available specific market information, purchasing price developments, supplier product offerings, and relevant trends regarding products and new potential suppliers in the market.
• You maintain the relationship with your own suppliers and our purchasing partners, and additionally support the Category Manager in realizing objectives, for example, in the area of activities and product availability.
• You manage a category with accompanying supplier responsibility. In an 'average week', you negotiate (annual/volume) contracts within agreed purchasing guidelines and procedures.
• With your influencing skills and persuasiveness, you know how to convince suppliers in a way that extends beyond just the content.
• And to do it better every day; you are curious, you keep your knowledge of suppliers and products up to date, and you initiate and implement improvement proposals.

You will become part of the Commercial department, which consists of five clusters. As a Private Label Buyer, you will strengthen the purchasing team within the Food & Impuls cluster. A team that works daily on an attractive assortment and is always looking for ways to do it just a little bit better for our customers. In this role, Stefan Bult (Lead Buyer) will be your manager.
