The role

Company: IWG (International Workplace Group) Market leader in flexible office solutions - Regus / Spaces / Signature

Rental: Nijmegen

Employment type: Full-time

What you'll do

As our Workspace Manager, you are the beating heart of the office center - the first smile our members and their guests see as soon as they walk in, and the reason why they choose to stay. You don't just manage the reception; you build a community. Every day, you create an environment where people feel welcome and valued, and where they can perform at their best.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives on hospitality, and takes pride in being the face of a space that others rely on.

What you will do

  • Being the face of the office - warmly and professionally greeting members, guests, and visitors, thereby setting the tone for their entire day
  • Being responsible for the member experience - anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and doing that little bit extra to make every interaction unforgettable
  • Building a community - getting to know members by name, connecting people with shared interests, and organizing events that bring the community together
  • Managing daily operations - handling check-ins, meeting room reservations, mail, deliveries, and general office administration
  • Ensuring the space is always guest-ready - making sure common areas, meeting rooms, and the reception always look tidy and inviting
  • Sales and customer retention - giving tours to potential members and helping to convert interest into new customers
  • Resolving problems immediately - fixing facility malfunctions, maintaining contact with suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

What you get

  • A competitive salary and benefits
  • The opportunity to work in the heart of a vibrant, professional community
  • Career growth within the largest global network of workplaces

• A role in which your personality and social skills form the core of your work, rather than just being a nice addition
