As a Medical Support Specialist, you are an indispensable factor in the assessment processes of our medical underwriting team. You ensure that these processes run smoothly, accurately, and in a customer-oriented manner. Furthermore, you can play a major role in building a new team within Insify, and you can even have an influence on how we approach medical risk management.

• Customer communication. Answering questions via telephone, email, and chat, including clearly explaining insurance policies and decisions regarding medical underwriting.
• Data management. Requesting and verifying (missing) data, such as medical records from doctors, and processing these in our system.
• Collaborating with medical specialists. Summarizing and transferring customer information, recognizing complex issues, and facilitating communication between the customer and the medical specialist.
• Administration. Keeping customer data up to date, processing policy adjustments, and monitoring deadlines and timelines.

• A background in administrative or secretarial work, preferably in a medical or insurance environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking talent.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to take the WFT exam for your professional development.
