Your role

We are looking for a Claims Handler who looks beyond just the damage

At Insify, we aren't just building good claims handling—we are building the best. One that is both personal and smart. Where technology makes our work easier, and our customers are helped faster and more fairly. That is why we need you.

As a Claims Handler at Insify, you are not only responsible for processing claims (think of general liability, professional liability, inventory, and goods), but you also actively participate in improving our processes. You are part of a small team doing big things—as an authorized representative of an international (re)insurer, you work directly on files, intakes of disability claims (AOV), and objection procedures.

But that is only the beginning.

Your role goes beyond the traditional. You help with training our AI, work on the development of a claims platform that is scalable for multiple EU markets, and think along about how we can use technology to automate repetitive work without losing personal contact. In other words: you help build the future of insurance.

• Intake, processing, and settlement of claims
• Processing disability intakes and objections (AOV)
• Supporting customers with empathy and expertise
• Contact with experts, lawyers, insurers, and reinsurers
• Thinking along about process optimization, AI training, and automation
• Building an innovative approach to claims for multiple European countries

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in processing commercial claims
• Experience with AOV claims is a plus
• Possession of a WFT Basis, WFT Damage private/business is a plus.
• Good oral and written skills, in both Dutch and English
• You are critical and have strong analytical abilities
• You dare to make decisions
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
