The Customer Service Representative performs all customer-facing rental operations and provides professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-oriented role that combines service, product presentation, operational execution, and sales management follow-up. For both rental and sales, this role ensures that every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects the high standards of Indie Campers.

• Customer Service & Operations: Performing check-in/check-out, briefings, and ongoing rental support. Handling service recovery and emergencies with empathy.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: Preparing and conducting RV demonstrations, showcasing features, specifications, and customer needs. Ensuring smooth handovers and correct documentation.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Tracking leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Converting rental customers into sales opportunities and supporting the RV Sales District and City Lead to achieve goals.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Maintaining knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and performing basic system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.). Troubleshooting and escalating when necessary.

• Must have: Able to stand, walk, and move through the depot for extended periods during the day.
• Must have: Able to lift or carry light to moderate objects (10-15 kg).
• Must have: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Must have: Flexible to work on weekends, during holidays, and in the high season.
• Must have: Able to interact with customers in various emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) in a calm and professional manner.
