  • 38 hours: €2,555.68

As Department Manager, you lead and support your team, while stimulating an inclusive culture in which collaboration and entrepreneurship are central. You ensure an excellent operational and visual store experience – both for customers and colleagues.

• ensures a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers a great shopping experience using service tools.
• analyzes sales and budget targets and develops optimization measures.
• plans tasks and staff deployment efficiently and ensures that all operational processes run smoothly – from the shop floor and the warehouse to the checkouts, fitting room routines, and the daily store opening and closing.
• develops your team strategically through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
