Engineering stage

During your internship, you will fully participate in our agile team and work on real platform challenges. Together with your colleagues, you will work in sprints on new functionalities, improvements, and automations that have a direct impact on thousands of HEMA colleagues. You will participate in, among other things:

• Automation solutions that make processes smarter and more efficient.
• Digital Workplace projects within Microsoft 365.
• Supporting Identity & Access Management challenges.
• Contributing to AI initiatives and innovations.
• The automation and optimization of internal processes.
• Taking on and realizing tasks from the team backlog.
• Actively participating in team ceremonies such as refinements, sprint plannings, demos, and retrospectives.

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the direction of Technical Informatics, Software Engineering, or a similar field of study.
• You are available from 1 February 2027 for a working and/or graduation internship of at least 5 months.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and like to take initiative.
• You enjoy collaborating and thinking as part of a team, actively contributing to collective results.
• You have an affinity for Microsoft technologies and want to further develop yourself in this area.
