Assistant Catering Team Leader in the Netherlands

As part of the catering management team, you enthusiastically lead catering staff and together you ensure a smoothly running restaurant environment within our store. You manage various processes such as the guest experience, the preparation and presentation of dishes, and compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines. You do this as a working supervisor: you work actively on the floor and take the lead when necessary. You ensure that the kitchen and the restaurant look representative, that stock is in order, and that everyone knows what is expected of them. Your work revolves around people, hospitality, and a good atmosphere - with the guest always as the priority.
