You ensure that the work on the construction site runs smoothly

Are you an experienced technician who loves taking responsibility and leading colleagues? Do you enjoy having your own project and ensuring that assembly work is carried out well, safely, and according to schedule?

Then we have a great position for you at Blankespoor Putten.

As a 1st Class Installation Technician, you are the point of contact on your project. Together with your team, you work on mechanical installations for new construction and renovation projects in residential and utility sectors.

• Leading and supervising (apprentice) technicians and subcontractors;

• Coordinating and controlling assembly and installation activities;

• Monitoring the quality, planning, and progress of your project;

• of installations for, among others, heating, heat pumps, cooling, ventilation, drinking water, gas, sewage, and sanitary;

• Acting as the point of contact on the construction site;

• Guiding and developing colleagues within your team;

• Ensuring a safe and tidy execution of the work.

In short: you ensure that your project is executed technically well and according to agreement.

• At least MBO 3 working and thinking level;

• Relevant experience within installation technology;

• Experience with projects in residential and/or utility sectors;

• The ability to lead colleagues and maintain an overview;

• An independent and practical attitude;

• Driving license B;

• A VCA-VOL diploma, or the willingness to obtain this.

• A permanent employment contract for at least 32 hours per week;
