• For you, the spraying process begins with good preparation! You start by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and filling the parts of passenger cars and commercial vehicles that are to be sprayed.

• Are there parts that should not be sprayed? Then you mask them off carefully. After that, you apply the primer to the remaining parts.

• You measure the vehicle's paint color with a spectrophotometer and create a color sample to check if the colors match.

• Next, you mix the correct paint color and apply it to the vehicle in the spray booth.

• With your fellow car spray painters, you alternate between pre-treatment and spraying in the booth. Thanks to your professional cooperation, customers can count on the best results.

• Have at least an MBO 2 diploma as a car spray painter. Do you have an MBO 3 diploma? Then you can start working as a first-class car spray painter.

• Have relevant experience, for example from a previous employer or internship.

• Can work independently, have an eye for detail, and like to stay informed about the latest developments and techniques.

• Speak good Dutch or English - important for safety in the workshop.

• Have a driver's license.
