Would you like to play a key role as part of a dynamic logistics team in operating international shipping processes? With us, you will coordinate the transport and administrative processes related to customer and intercompany shipments, ensuring that our products reach their destination on time and with the correct documentation.

In your daily work, you will work in close cooperation with customs, finance, and customer relations departments, as well as our transport partners. If you love a fast-paced environment, have a good overview of complex logistics processes, and precise work is important to you, then this position is for you.

Full coordination of transport and administrative processes related to intercompany (IC) and customer shipments.

Preparation, verification, and handling of documentation required for shipments and customs clearance.

Organizing transports related to daily shipments, ensuring cooperation with transport partners.

Forwarding information related to shipping processes to the relevant departments.

Continuous contact with internal partners, especially with the customs, finance, and customer relations departments.

Daily use of transport and customer portals, recording and maintaining data.

Tracking shipments, handling any discrepancies, and coordinating necessary actions.

Supporting the smooth operation of shipping processes in accordance with company and customer expectations.

Pay Transparency

Ft 5,850,000 - Ft 8,580,000

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
