Join our dynamic Service team, which plays a crucial role within the company and ensures that our battery projects run smoothly, from planning to execution.

It is your mission to ensure that our customers can always rely on reliable, emission-free energy.

As Technical Support Lead, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the heart of our service activities. You communicate daily with customers about their battery projects, answer questions, and keep them informed of progress. You use data to gain insights and implement improvements, optimize tooling such as our ticketing system, and initiate process improvements to further professionalize our service.

At the same time, you monitor the performance of our batteries via our smart "battery-watch" system and intervene proactively when something is not going well. Whether it is identifying a potential malfunction or coordinating with engineers to resolve it; thanks to you, projects stay on schedule and customers remain satisfied.

In addition to contributing to a greener world, this comes on top of that:

• Salary between €39,000 - €59,000 gross per year (incl. holiday allowance and based on 40 hours per week);

Additionally: 

• You speak fluent Dutch and English; 

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy being in contact with customers - you also have a lot of experience in this area; 

• You have an affinity for data and tooling and use them to continuously improve processes and performance; 

• You are organized, accurate, and easily maintain an overview of multiple projects at once; 

• You have a proactive attitude and prefer to solve problems before they arise; 

• You are willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call service for which you will receive an extra allowance; 

• Affinity and experience with technology or batteries is a plus, but more importantly, you are eager to learn!
