Retail Performance Manager

As Retail Performance Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the commercial performance, development, and operational quality of our stores. You lead the District Managers, develop teams, translate data into action, and ensure that our stores perform better every month. You are the link between the shop floor and the MT, and you build rhythm, structure, and a performance culture throughout the entire retail organization.
