• Performing production operations in multiple process stages (turning, milling, surface treatment, inspection) to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitoring and adjusting machines and process parameters to ensure product quality and safety.
• Performing visual and microscopic inspections and accurately recording product and process data.
• Working according to GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations to maintain a clean and controlled production environment.
• Collaborating with the team to solve process problems and implement improvements that increase reliability.

We are looking for the best talent for the position of Production Operator in Groningen.

At Johnson & Johnson Vision in Groningen, we are looking for an experienced Production Operator who wants to work full-time in shift work and contributes accurately to the production of lenses that help patients see better worldwide. You will work in a sterile, controlled AMO environment, support your team in ensuring quality and safety, and actively provide input for continuous improvement!

• Minimum MBO-3 diploma or demonstrable equivalent level of education.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a production environment; experience in Med-Tech, Pharma, or Food is a plus.
• Very accurate and experienced in visual/microscopic inspection and the recording of process data.
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written; living in the Groningen area or having your own transportation.
• Available full-time for shift work and in possession of, or willing to apply for, a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Willingness to work with systems such as SAP and participate in training on international quality rules and procedures.
