What you'll do

Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a data specialist you will be part of the Data & Intelligence team with a focus on implementing innovative Advisory services. In this role, you are responsible for supporting organizations in improving their business processes, strengthening their control environment, and leveraging the value of their data. We do this by implementing Data Analytics, AI, Automation, and collaboration solutions.

With in-depth expertise in the fields of data analysis, process optimization, and risk & controls transformation, we help clients gain more transparency in their business operations and make better-informed decisions. By extracting, integrating, validating, and analyzing data from diverse business and IT systems, we deliver actionable insights that enable organizations to identify process inefficiencies, strengthen governance, manage risks more effectively, and improve their overall performance.

Our teams work closely with clients to assess and monitor key business processes, evaluate the effectiveness of control measures, identify emerging risks, and support large-scale transformation initiatives. Through advanced analytical techniques and data visualizations, we help organizations make the transition from traditional sample-based assessments to a data-driven approach that provides insight into entire populations of transactions and activities.

To deliver these solutions, we utilize leading technologies and analytical platforms, including Python, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Alteryx, Power BI, and other innovative data and automation tools. This enables our clients to continuously monitor their processes and control environments and implement sustainable operational improvements.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Leading and executing advisory engagements focused on process optimization, risk management, internal control, and data analysis.
  • Performing data analyses to identify trends, risks, control deficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Assessing, designing, and improving business processes, control frameworks, and governance structures.
  • Developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and continuous monitoring capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Managing workflows, project deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitating client workshops, performing process walkthroughs, and presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Coaching junior team members and contributing to methodology development and continuous improvement initiatives.
