Customer Support & Project Coördinator

• Completed technical (minimum) HBO degree. Life science, (analytical) chemistry or HLO is a plus.
• You are able to apply your chemical expertise and analytical thinking, through which you are a solid sparring partner for the lab and can concretely translate research possibilities to our clients.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with LIMS (or similar) and experience with CRM is a plus.
• You have commercial insight, know the market in which our clients operate (or want to get to know it) and strive for maximum positioning of Eurofins' services.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an environmental or laboratory-oriented role.
• Experience with client contact is a plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in the environmental sector is a plus.
• You are focused on collaborating with colleagues and are environmentally aware.
• You have a proactive and quality-oriented attitude, thinking and acting decisively and customer-oriented.

As a project coordinator, you will work within the customer support team and are responsible for realizing optimal service to Eurofins' (inter)national clients, monitoring the process of correct order processing, the progress of projects, and timely reporting of analytical results.

You advise the customer on the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, packaging and preservation options, pricing, our logistical service, and provide explanations on the analytical backgrounds and the required timeframes for the benefit of projects. You also carefully coordinate incident reports and their handling.

In short: you monitor the process progress of projects and, throughout the process, you are the first point of contact for the customer and the various laboratories.

The Customer Support department is the link between our domestic and international clients, the account managers, the various laboratories, and our own transport service. In this role, you are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the services we provide.
