• You have completed an MBO education (MLO) in the field of chemistry.

Do you want to work with modern analytical techniques and contribute to safe food and feed? As a Chemical Analyst at Eurofins LabCo, you will research a wide variety of products from the international food chain on a daily basis. From raw materials from the Port of Rotterdam to food products that ultimately end up in the supermarket. Thanks to your analyses, customers can rely on safe and reliable products.

You will work in a dynamic laboratory environment where quality, technology, and collaboration are central. In addition, you will get plenty of room to further develop yourself and contribute ideas for improvements within the laboratory.

As a Chemical Analyst, you perform (semi-)routine analyses on food, animal feed, oils, fats, and raw materials. You work with modern equipment and ensure that analyses are carried out carefully, efficiently, and according to the applicable quality standards.

You process analytical results, assess deviations, and contribute to the reliability of our research results. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, validations, and the management of the quality system according to ISO17025.

You actively contribute ideas for process improvements, for example by shortening lead times, analyzing deviations, or introducing more efficient working methods. Urgent requests are also part of the work, meaning no two days are the same and you regularly switch between different tasks.

• You will work with advanced analytical techniques such as LC/MS, GC/MS, Elisa, and titration.
