Analyst - Cleanliness & Qualification

• In possession of a completed MBO degree in Analytical Chemistry, Applied Science, or another relevant education.

• A few years of work experience within a laboratory (is a plus, not a requirement).
• Experience with operational processes in analytical chemistry (is a plus, not a requirement)

• In possession of good communication skills in Dutch (English is appreciated), also in writing in the form of reports.

Our scientists and laboratory researchers deploy their multi-disciplinary expertise and advanced analytical instrumentation to solve (complex) problems and implement improvements.

Our employees specialize in material analysis and reliability testing of raw materials, semi-finished products of consumer goods, medical devices, lighting products, and other high-tech products. The laboratory has specific expertise in, among others, gas analysis and the cleanliness of high-tech production facilities.

To strengthen the team dealing with cleanliness validation measurements, we are looking for an analyst at MBO+ level. The activities consist of performing analyses in the field of contamination control completely independently. These are measurements in which high-quality, ultra-clean products and/or processes are checked for the degree of cleanliness. Additionally, you will translate technical documentation into analytical questions, work on reports, and have contact with the customer regarding the analyses.
 

• Performing routine characterization of the cleanliness of technical systems using sampling and analysis techniques. Sampling takes place in both the gas and water phases. Important parameters that determine the cleanliness of these systems are:
  • release of organic compounds
  • release of particles
  • leak tightness testing
• Having (technical and administrative) contact with customers to ensure measurements proceed in the correct manner.
• Performing administrative tasks for the benefit of the measurements (processing technical documentation and creating reports)
• Co-responsible for the operational requirements of the cleanroom facility
• Management and maintenance of equipment
