Infrastructure Foreman

• A completed MBO or HBO education in the direction of middle management infra/infrastructure foreman

• At least 2 years of experience as a foreman within infra projects;

• You have demonstrable experience in taking daily leadership over the execution of one or more projects, so that activities are realized safely, with quality, and according to schedule and budget;

• Your communication is clear and concise.

• The salary for this position is between € 3,577.89 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 vacation days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back.

As an Infrastructure Foreman, you are responsible for the daily execution of infrastructural projects, such as road construction, hydraulic engineering, or other civil engineering projects. You do this within the (petrochemical) industry. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from personnel deployment, material planning, and cost monitoring to quality controls. You ensure the timely and high-quality execution and delivery of projects. In doing so, you lead the construction site employees within your project team. In addition to directing the work, you also ensure that administrative matters are handled well behind the scenes. You contribute ideas regarding project preparation and assist in creating a schedule that takes time and budget into account. Additionally, you are in contact with clients and subcontractors to ensure the execution of projects proceeds in a good manner. We work within the industry where safety rules are important. You are aware of these rules and can handle them well. In short: you are the operational link that ensures every project is delivered safely, with quality, and within the agreements.
