Site Manager Renovation

• An MBO diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar)

• 3–5 years of experience as a (head) site manager in renovation and transformation projects.

• The salary for this position is between €5,639 and €7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

As Site Manager, you will lead complex renovation, transformation, and sustainability projects in Noord-Brabant and Limburg. As Site Manager, you are the driving force behind the project. You connect colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients, maintain control over planning, quality, safety, and costs, and translate complex challenges into smart, practical solutions.
