• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group C: € 3,398.40 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

As a groundworker in civil engineering (GWW) at Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord Oost, you do not shy away from complex tasks that require a bit more attention, and you enjoy taking on the role of skilled tradesperson/foreman! As a true team player with a strong sense of responsibility, you are determined to continuously develop yourself. As our new skilled tradesperson, you will work together with colleagues on challenging projects in the northeast of the country. Focus areas: Overijssel and Gelderland

This will be your job

• Preparatory work, such as correctly setting up equipment and studying drawings before execution.

• Safety, whereby you ensure compliance with laws and regulations, identify and report deviations, and ensure order and cleanliness on the work floor.

• Earthworks, such as performing manual earthworks, setting out heights, and performing complex (sewer) repairs.

• Reporting, including recording materials used and performing HSE observations.

• Tool management, such as checking, reporting defects, identifying expired inspections, and performing small repairs yourself.

• Together with the team, you ensure a successful project. You report your progress directly to the foreman or the site manager of the project.

Collaborating, organizing, and planning. As an independent skilled tradesperson, you and your colleagues ensure accurate daily execution of the work. You act as a point of contact for the foreman and site manager, coordinating, among other things, progress and planning. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same! Your duties are as follows:
