What we're looking for
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a sales role in a store.
- You speak and write good Dutch so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
- During the application process, you will provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). This will be reimbursed by us.

What you'll get
- For this vacancy, the salary is between € 2,891 and € 3,091 per month based on 40 hours. The salary is determined based on your experience and will be assessed by us during the procedure. Your salary increases every year. On top of that, you receive a monthly allowance of approximately € 150 gross.
- 8% holiday allowance, pension, and travel allowance.
- A 7-month contract with fixed hours.

The role
- With your specialist product knowledge, you provide our customers with the best advice. As a team leader, you serve as an example to your team in this.
- You are the point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor, but you also step in to help with complex customer inquiries.
- Onboarding, directing, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor. As a team leader, you proactively provide feedback and help colleagues become better at their work.
- Together with your team, you make the Coolblue store a little better every day and share your ideas with the Store Manager.
