The role

During this internship, you will receive an independent and challenging assignment where you will be responsible for designing, setting up, and implementing a professional SOP management system.

Your duties include

Researching which system is most suitable for the management of SOPs;
Setting up and implementing the chosen management system;
Developing a uniform SOP template including guidelines for use;
Setting up an effective process for version control and document control;
Migrating and updating existing SOPs according to the new standard;
Inventorying missing SOPs and drafting an action plan for their development;
Informing, guiding, and instructing users about the new system and the working method.
