As a Production Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring quality and compliance aspects. Additionally, you are also responsible for supporting optimization projects. You support and coach production teams on quality and compliance issues within assigned areas of responsibility.

1. Documentation

- Performing batch record reviews.

- Qualified reviewer of production documentation and reports.

- Updating controlled documents.

- Ensuring the availability of up-to-date documents

2. Audits

- Inspection Readiness of the production department

- Participating in internal audits

3. Improvements

- Supporting improvements, for example by collecting trend data.

- Supporting change controls.

- Contributing to projects.

- Reducing complaints and non-conformities via improvement initiatives.

- Process parameter optimization where applicable.

4. CAPA Processes

- Leading Root Cause Investigations for low-impact deviations, non-conformities, and complaints.

- Support with medium- and high-impact deviations.

- Leading production investigations into complaints.

- Timely handling and reporting of deviations.

- Following up on CAPAs.

- Supporting or resolving technical non-conformities.

5. Training

- Training coordinator for the department (if applicable).

- Responsible for the department's qualification system.

- Provides and maintains training within the department.

- Initiates training and coaching of employees

- Completed Bachelor's degree in Technology, Pharmacy, etc.

- Experience is a plus

- Fluent in Dutch and English
