Production Office Clerk

In possession of a B driver's license and a car.

• Excellent employment conditions with a gross salary between € 2700 and € 3250 for a full-time employment.

Takes care of the logistical administrative activities of the production site in the areas of production and dispatch, performs reception duties, and serves as the point of contact for general caretaker duties.

He/she responds to varying and unexpected circumstances. The candidate performs work for which standard operating procedures apply, but also performs work carried out at their own discretion, where various standard tasks must be combined independently.

• Is a linchpin at the location in the areas of logistics and purchasing
• Processing production data in the automated system
• Placing orders and booking raw materials and auxiliary materials.
• First point of contact for drivers and visitors.
• Processing outgoing deliveries in the area of accessories
• Is co-responsible for mill management in conjunction with colleagues at the location
• Processing signed loading slips and delivered commercial goods.
• Processing incoming invoices
• Creating documents for (cash) collectors via our digital APPs.
• Performs the management and maintenance of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) logbook
• Performing reception duties (such as: answering the telephone, receiving visitors, mail processing);
• Support for the production planning department regarding the optimization and management of raw material and auxiliary material needs for long-term production orders. To this end, there is regular contact with various external suppliers

Flexible deployment: Must be willing, in consultation with direct colleagues and supervisors, to commit to varying hours within the opening hours of the production offices.

Must be willing to occasionally work at the production offices of locations within a reasonable distance of the home base.

• MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably a logistics or administrative education;
• Experience with SAP and MS Office;
• You possess good communication skills and are an enterprising person with a hands-on mentality;
