As a Recruiter at CoolblueBezorgt, you are in the lead regarding your own vacancies and are responsible for the entire recruitment process. You actively search for candidates, conduct telephone intakes and interviews. Additionally, you guide candidates step-by-step through their application and ensure that every candidate has a pleasant and clear candidate journey.

As a Recruiter at CoolblueBezorgt, you find and enthuse new delivery heroes for our depots. From first contact to signature, you ensure a clear and positive application experience and serve as the calling card of CoolblueBezorgt for all our candidates.

You actively gather feedback, review recruitment data, and use these insights to make your approach increasingly smarter. You also work closely with team leaders and depot managers to plan and optimize inflow. Occasionally, you work at another depot or the head office in Rotterdam, so that you remain well-connected to the team.

• Actively searching for the best candidates for our vacancies, both through traditional channels, talent pooling, or creative sourcing methods.
• Enthusing candidates about working with us and guiding them  through the application process.
• Having contact via telephone, digitally, and sometimes on-site with potential colleagues to discover who fits us best.
• Thinking along creatively and developing new ways to attract talent when the number of applications lags behind, for example by organizing events.
• Collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and to find the best match.
