Real Estate & Infrastructure Project Leader

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Facility Management.
• You are available for at least 32 hours, but 40 hours is preferred.
• At least two years of experience with project management and leading facility improvement projects.
• Analytically strong and able to identify bottlenecks.
• Communicatively skilled. You know exactly how to bring people along during changes.
• Independent and proactive. You don't wait around but take initiative.

What will you do as a Real Estate & Infrastructure Project Leader at Coolblue?

In this role, you will develop efficient infrastructures, search for new locations for our bicycle and delivery depots, and lead various projects from start to finish. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that our ambitious expansion plans become a reality.

You enjoy organizing complex projects from start to finish, where you are responsible from the initial idea through to the final delivery. It gives you energy to get stakeholders aligned and to provide sharp advice, even when interests diverge. You are continuously looking for innovative solutions for logistical and real estate challenges, and you find it pleasant to work on multiple projects simultaneously while always setting the right priorities.
