BBL Apprenticeship Retail

• Following a BBL mbo 3 or mbo 4 education towards Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.
• Available at least 3 full days per week. You work 8 hours a day. 
• Speak and write good Dutch, so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
• Empathize well with our customers and their (product) needs.
• Present a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). This will be reimbursed by us. We also check all candidates in the FAD register.

• A salary of €2,539 per month based on 40 hours. Your salary increases every year.
• 8% holiday allowance, pension, and travel allowance (for distances of 10km or more). 
• 29 vacation days based on a full-time contract.

• Get to work as a shop assistant and learn everything about our products and our mission at the same time; amazing customers. 
• Advise customers with your (growing) product knowledge and by asking the right questions.
• Always offer suitable solutions, so that every customer leaves the shop with a smile.
• Improve processes in the shop. For example, by thinking about how we can increase add-on sales.
• Challenge yourself with targets and take your sales skills to a higher level.

• Flexible schedule. You manage your own hours, so you have enough time to attend your lessons and complete school assignments.
