CloudBilling develops and implements a leading billing platform within the MSP ecosystem. Our customers are (international) Managed Service Providers working with complex propositions, multiple vendors, and high volumes. We help them gain control over scalable processes, automation, and insight.
As a Consultant with MSP experience, you are the link between our software and the daily practice of a Managed Service Provider. You understand how an MSP operates - from sales to service delivery and billing - and know how to translate this knowledge into smart, workable implementations for customers. You work on projects at MSP customers and, in addition, actively contribute to strengthening this domain knowledge within CloudBilling itself.
Analyzing & improving MSP processes
You analyze how MSPs work (including pricing, bundles, contracts, consumption, escalations) and translate this into an optimal setup of CloudBilling and opportunities for product development.
Software implementations at MSPs
You guide customers through the implementation of our platform, focusing on scalability, automation, and operational feasibility.
Sparring partner for customers
You are a substantive interlocutor for consultants, service delivery managers, and operations at MSPs.
Internal knowledge reinforcement
You actively bring MSP best practices into our organization and help colleagues better understand how an MSP thinks and works.
Solving complex issues
You assist with exceptions, custom cases, and complex configurations that are typical for MSP environments.
Training & adoption
You train customers in the effective use of CloudBilling and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
You are not "beside" the MSP domain, but in the middle of the daily reality of MSPs. Your experience is not an afterthought here, but essential to bringing our customers and CloudBilling itself to a higher level of maturity.
