- A completed Master's degree in Pharmacy;

Our support pharmacists have a mobile and flexible role. You can be seconded to pharmacies where a vacancy has arisen or to provide cover during the absence of the managing pharmacist. In that case, you will temporarily take over all pharmacist duties in the pharmacy. It is also possible that you will be deployed to support a pharmacy remotely / hybrid. This includes daily activities such as checking prescriptions and medication monitoring. Your assistance may also be requested during the implementation of new work processes.

Together, we focus on the proactive repetition of chronic medication, we are active in offering our Baxter service, and we strive for optimal pharmaceutical care by engaging in conversations with our patients about their medication use
