• Demonstrable hands-on experience with MES, Historian systems, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
• Sound knowledge of batch processes and data integration.
• Essential experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution modeling; experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and to understand customer needs well.
• The ability to guide and coach the technical team in the areas of design, coding, integration, configuration, deployment, and best practices.

As a Senior MES Engineer, specializing in Siemens Opcenter Execution, you will work at Capgemini on transforming production environments into smart factories.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the automation team in designing and integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that enable real-time data processing, automation, and operational excellence.
• Designing interfaces between MES and ERP systems to optimize data flows and operational collaboration.
• Ensuring compliance with MES development and integration best practices, in line with project and industry standards.
• Developing manufacturing recipes according to the ISA-95 standard to guarantee smooth and efficient production processes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate project requirements and draft IT documentation for MES systems.
