What we're looking for

A completed HBO or WO degree
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with BPM, requirements analysis, Agile and/or Scrum, user stories, use cases, functional design, or BABOK
Insight into business operations and management
Experience in an advisory or facilitating role
Enthusiasm to share knowledge with colleagues
Excellent command of the Dutch language at C1/C2 level

As a Senior Business Analyst at Sogeti, you stand at the intersection of business and IT. You oversee complex organizational issues and know how to translate them into concrete, workable, and future-proof solutions. With your sharp analysis and sense of context, you bring structure to dynamic environments and help organizations truly move forward.

In this role, you will work on diverse assignments for various clients and support them in their digital transformation. Themes such as supply chain management, portfolio management, and customer journeys recur regularly. Depending on the assignment, you will take on different hats, such as business analyst, information analyst, product owner, supply chain manager, or business consultant. At the same time, you contribute to the further professionalization of the field by actively sharing knowledge within our business analysis community.
