Are you an expert in digital invoice processing and do you enjoy working at the intersection of technology, finance, and procurement? Then this role as an SAP VIM Consultant is perfect for you. You will help our clients optimize their Accounts Payable processes by effectively deploying SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) – from analysis to implementation and integration. Together, we build future-proof, automated financial processes.

What will you do?
• Advise on the deployment of SAP VIM within financial and procurement processes
• Translate customer needs into scalable and efficient solutions
• Configure, test, and implement SAP VIM and associated workflows
• Coordinate integrations with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA and OpenText solutions
• Stakeholder management and guiding key users and end users
• Contribute to pre-sales trajectories and the drafting of project proposals

You are analytically strong and know how to quickly find your way in complex organizations. You communicate clearly, switch effortlessly between IT and business, and feel at home in a dynamic customer environment. Furthermore, for the position of SAP VIM Consultant, you have:
• Demonstrable experience with SAP VIM implementations (preferably with OpenText)
• Knowledge of financial and procurement processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable)
• Familiarity with integrations between SAP VIM and SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
• Strength in configuration, process design, and optimization of invoice processing flows
• Fluency in Dutch and English
