SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Demonstrable experience with SAP (S4) SuccessFactors implementations
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Familiarity with integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP
• Strength in configuration, process design, and change management
• Fluent in Dutch and English

You help clients digitalize their HR strategy by optimally utilizing SAP SuccessFactors - from analysis to implementation and integration. Together with our clients, you work on the future of modern talent management. You, like no other, know how important it is to streamline HR processes and put employees at the center. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Advising on the use of SAP SuccessFactors within strategic HR transformations
• Translating HR needs into smart and scalable cloud solutions
• Configuring, testing, and implementing SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
• Coordinating integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other HR systems
• Stakeholder management and training of HR teams and end users
