What you'll do
As a Manager Cybersecurity within Technology Risk, you combine substantive expertise with project and team leadership. You advise clients on cybersecurity, privacy, IT risk, and resilience issues and help them demonstrably strengthen their digital resilience. Your assignments vary from strategic assessments and maturity reviews to implementation-oriented trajectories regarding governance, risk & compliance, security controls, cloud security, SOC/SIEM, incident response, and laws and regulations such as NIS2, DORA, BIO, AVG, and ISO 27001.
In addition, you play an important role in the development of the team. You coach the (senior) consultants, contribute to knowledge development, and help further expand our services by identifying and developing new opportunities at clients.
In this way, we help organizations deploy technology safely, reliably, and responsibly, and we contribute to trust in digital processes and the protection of personal data.
What you will be doing, among other things
- Leading cybersecurity, IT risk, privacy, and resilience assignments, including planning, quality, budget, risks, and stakeholder management.
- Assessing the maturity and effectiveness of cybersecurity programs, security controls, incident response, resilience, IAM, SOC/SIEM, and vulnerability management, and translating findings into practical control measures and roadmaps.
- Leading project teams, strengthening the development of colleagues, and expanding client relationships, including identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Our office in Rotterdam is our headquarters and is beautifully located on the Maas with a view of the Erasmus Bridge. Zwolle

Groningen
Our office in Groningen has a perfect location near the highway with plenty of parking available at the door. Your skills and abilities | About your unique contribution
- You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience within cybersecurity, IT risk, technology risk, IT audit, privacy, resilience, or consultancy.
- You possess solid knowledge of and are up to date on developments regarding cybersecurity, privacy, IT infrastructure, and relevant frameworks or regulations, such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, COBIT, BIO, NIS2, DORA, and AVG.
- You are able to translate strategic and technical issues into clear analyses, advice, and improvement measures.
- You have experience with stakeholder management, client relationships, and preferably business development.
- You possess or are working towards relevant certifications, such as RE, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar.
