Cloud Azure Architect

• You are an experienced Azure Cloud Architect with a passion for designing innovative cloud solutions.
• You possess HBO/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) working and thinking levels and have at least 2 years of experience as a Cloud Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure as Code (such as ARM, Bicep, or Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines are familiar concepts to you.
• You have experience with container orchestration and know how to apply serverless solutions and API Management.
• You are familiar with architecture frameworks such as CAF, TOGAF, and ArchiMate.
• Certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, and/or AZ-500 are a strong confirmation of your expertise.

• An employment of 40 hours per week, with flexible possibilities to work part-time.

• A salary between € 75,000 and € 95,000 gross per year (including holiday allowance and mobility budget) plus a 10% bonus for 40 hours per week.

We are looking for two experienced Azure Cloud Architects. Due to a number of beautiful assignments within the semi-government and utilities sectors, we are eagerly seeking your knowledge and, above all, your experience. Your work consists of designing Azure Cloud solutions and supporting their implementation. We do this from our Cloud Competence Center, from which we support our cloud customers.

As an Azure Cloud Architect at Sogeti, you design scalable and secure Microsoft Azure architectures. You set up Landing Zones, including security. Additionally, you advise organizations on cloud migrations and application modernization.

You work closely with DevOps teams to implement automation and CI/CD pipelines. You also integrate container platforms such as AKS and serverless services. Furthermore, you ensure monitoring and observability.

In your role, you guide architecture sessions and stakeholder workshops, where you know how to convey concepts clearly and help organizations realize their cloud strategy.
