As a Salon Manager at BrainWash, you are the hub of your salon. You lead the team, act as the point of contact for customers and colleagues, and of course, you also actively work on the floor. You welcome customers, discuss their wishes, perform treatments, and provide advice on products and home care.

In addition, you are responsible for staff scheduling, ordering (hair) products, achieving turnover targets, and creating a pleasant working atmosphere in which your team brings out the best in themselves.
